Back of quarter says "Mom" Front of quarter says "Happy B-Day" The story behind this quarter is: I always look for a sign from my mom on her birthday (the same day she went home, Sept 1). Well this particular birthday Sept 1, 2006 I was getting ready for bed and still thinking about my Mom on her birthday. I folded my pants and as I lay them over my arm a quarter and a nickle fell out. My husband was on the other side of the bed. I reached down and picked up the quarter. Wow! To my amazement this is what it had written on both sides. This is a true story and I don't know if anyone would believe it but my husband was there and saw it all. The story about my necklace Another story was on September 1, 1997, when my Mom had just passed away a year. I was thinking about her at 10:00 am and thinking this is the time she passed away. I wanted a sign from her so bad. I thought the alarm would go off or some thing would happen. Well it did...I was cooking rice and thinking about my Mom and all of a sudden my necklace fell down my shirt. I right away grabbed it and pulled it out from under my shirt and looked at it. My neclace was an angel with the letters MOM on them and the awesome thing is that I have worn this necklace (chain) over 10 years and still am wearing it. I have never had it break or fall off at all and only on that day (Mom's birthday) and at that time. It fell and the funny thing is...it wasn't broken. The clasp was in place as if someone came from behind me and opened the clasp and let the necklace fall and when I saw the clasp it was closed. I don't know if any of you believe in life after death, but my Mom taught us all that Jesus is real and that we all will be together again one day and I know that my Mom is still living. I know she is still alive and living with Jesus. My Mom was an Angel on Earth. She read her Bible daily and prayed all the time and suffered alot too on this Earth only to reap her Mansion in Heaven. She taught us all about Love and Jesus. Many people won't believe these stories and I don't mind...because I know and that is all that matters. One day we will all come before Jesus and we have to be ready, just as my Mom taught us to be. I am ready for Jesus to take me home and I know I will see all my family again and we will all live for eternity and happy with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Who reigns forever and ever. Every time I go to church I think of you and thank God for everything. You taught us all to love God and worship Him and that is what we are doing now. You would be proud to see us go to church and read our Bibles. Here is the prayer that we pray at our church every Sunday. This prayer is so powerful, I can feel Jesus there when I pray it. and thanks to you I know Jesus. I know one day we will all be together in Heaven with you and Jesus and all the Angels and all the others that have gone before us. Thank you Mom for all that you have done for us and thank you for being the best Mother you could be. You suffered so much but you knew all along. Jesus said it may not be easy...But it will be worth it.
